We have relationships with local brokers, sellers and professionals in 50+ university markets. As they discover new opportunities, they contact us with the information so that we may be able to provide a buyer.

We evaluate the information before it reaches our database to ensure the property is a legitimate investment opportunity that can realistically be acquired. Once it reaches our database we inform our Investment Partners first, then our Private Investors list.
